Professional Services Agreement

This Professional Services Agreement is entered into between Northstar Studio and the client identified below. The parties agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of services

The provider will perform the services described in the attached statement of work. Any material change to scope must be agreed to in writing by both parties.

2. Fees and payment

Invoices are payable within thirty days of receipt. Approved project expenses will be itemized separately and supported by appropriate documentation.
